I find my self dreaming that summer will be kind to use this year so I set myself to make a teepee that I can use in my summer sessions. It’s the most wonderful thing to be able to create images that make you feel as though summer will be the most wonderful season yet. Be kind to us sun and stay light and airy. -xoxo

~ A day at the zoo

Today was lovely to spend a day outdoors and what better way then to spend it with those who’s life and beauty depend on nature and whatever outdoor provides, the animals at the Houston zoo. The Zoo has not always been my place to go because I must admit I don’t like to see animals caged in small spaces, but I was amazed to see that these animals had plenty of space, plenty food and water. They seemed happy in captivation so I decided to take the tour. I totally recommend the Houston zoo, attending helps maintains these beautiful creatures but if you think price is too much then take advantage of every first of the month it’s free. You can always purchase souvenirs and eat the goodies. Below are just a few pictures of some cute faces that caught my attention. Enjoy!

April’s surprises….

During the month of April and at starting late March these beautiful wild flowers start appearing, and it’s definitely a site to see. The colors are so vibrante you can’t help but to stop on the side of the road and take pictures. As you travel to the Antique Rose Emporium in Brenham you will find these lovelies all over the place. This location is also very beautiful as it has flowers of all sorts and colors for your enjoyment, you definitely want to plan a trip here next year during spring. Oh! And don’t forget to stop by Blue Bell factory on your way out to get your favorite flavor of ice cream!
